Returns

  1. Our policy is valid for 30 days and applies to items damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for unwanted items, wear and tear, discounted items, or items with sizing errors (these items can be exchanged for different sizes or store credit). If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.
  2. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be allowed (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable):

  1. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please begin by checking your bank account once more. Then, get in touch with your credit card company as it might take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next, contact your bank. Typically, there is a processing period before a refund is posted. If you've gone through all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@formi7.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@formi7.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
  2. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

  1. To return your product, you should email us at info@formi7.com.
  2. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (shipping the item back to us and sending the new item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelled Orders:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been shipped before you contact us, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund. Please refer to the return guidelines listed below to see if your purchased item qualifies for a return. We offer a 15-day free return service for all customers in the United States. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that other countries/regions will be charged a $10 return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The return period begins from the date of delivery/pickup.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (including labels, boxes, and pouches).
  • Single items from sets must not be returned for a refund, store credit, and/or exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Earrings for piercing
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry care kits
